How to fill and upload the form in the pdf
Step1
Click on The Bakrupty tab and click on the button Download the pdf here in the right side.
Step2
After Click the button, the pdf will open. Scroll down the pdf and fill the form inside it.
Step3
After Fill the form, Click on the icon which is at the top right.
Step4
When you click the icon on the top right side, the pop up will show up. Click on the save button at the bottom.
Step5
After Save the pdf, Come back to the mail form page and upload the file in the file label and submit the form .
